Sales & Returns
All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products and experiences, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Each item is made or prepared with care, and all sales help sustain our small business and artisans.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order details and photos so we can review your concern.
Workshops & Events
All workshop and event bookings require payment to confirm your date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Bloom By JLouise may offer to reschedule your experience at our discretion.
Shipping & Fulfillment
We aim to ship all in-stock items within 5–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. Bloom By JLouise is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
