ABOUT US

Bloom By JLouise was built from a dream — a dream to help others flourish in life.

What began as a deeply personal journey of healing became the foundation for something greater. After navigating trauma and the challenges of prioritizing her own wellness, founder Jammie Glenn turned to aromatherapy and sensory grounding as a way to reclaim peace and create moments of stillness. What started as a personal ritual in her kitchen evolved into a wellness brand rooted in presence, accessibility, and lived experience.

Over time, the mission expanded.

Today, Bloom By JLouise has evolved into a platform for consulting, speaking, and experiential workshops that center mental health awareness, community engagement, and small business empowerment.

Jammie blends scent, storytelling, strategic program design, and trauma-informed facilitation to create experiences that are both emotionally grounding and structurally sound.

Her work now supports nonprofits, public agencies, corporate teams, and emerging entrepreneurs in designing programs, launching initiatives, hosting meaningful engagements, and building sustainable impact.

Bloom is no longer only about products — it is about cultivating environments where people and organizations can grow with intention.

At its core, the mission remains the same:
To create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to flourish — boldly and without shame.

MY APPROACH

As an Experiential Wellness Curator and Community Engagement Strategist, I design experiences, programs, and partnerships that invite people to slow down, reconnect, and build sustainable impact — whether that’s within an organization, a small business, or a wellness space.

My work bridges lived experience, systems knowledge, and strategic execution.

I blend:

• Trauma-informed engagement
• Sensory grounding practices and experiential design
• Storytelling and facilitated dialogue
• Small business consulting and launch strategy
• Program development and community engagement design
• Structured project and grant management

I support organizations and entrepreneurs in moving from good intentions to thoughtful, well-executed implementation — whether that means:

– Designing a community-centered initiative
– Strengthening a grant-funded program
– Launching or scaling a purpose-driven business
– Curating meaningful events or workshops
– Building partnerships that expand reach and trust

I’m also known as a connector — bringing the right people, partners, creatives, and collaborators together to spark aligned growth.
